We discuss dealing with worry. Sharon says “when you’re worrying you are concentrating on an outcome you do not want to happen and so you’re attracting it”.
The critical piece here is that when Sharon finds herself in that place of worry, she says “alight Sharon stop, let’s focus on what you do want, and all of a sudden you’re seeing the possibilities”.
This really speaks to my heart.
